At Orchard View, our pupils are at the heart of everything we do. Together, we nurture an inclusive community where every individual is valued and supported to thrive and succeed.

Ethos 

We foster a culture built on respect, honesty, and kindness, where relationships flourish, diversity is celebrated and everyone is encouraged and supported to aim high. Through collaboration and a shared love of learning, we empower all to grow with confidence, face challenges with resilience, and strive to be the very best they can be.

British Values

Fundamental British Values are central to life at Orchard View and are woven throughout our curriculum, relationships, daily life and through our OVPA (PRIDE) values.

Motto

Our motto underpins all aspects of academy life and reflects our shared belief that success is achieved through partnership, mutual respect, determination and high expectations for all:
