Nursery

Due to the delay in the building of Orchard View Primary Academy we are not able to offer Nursery places to children from September 2025. We share your disappointment and frustration with this as we understand the importance and positive impact for children of attending a Nursery. We also appreciate the importance of nursery provision for parents. We will update this webpage when we know more about construction progress and the impact this has upon when we can open the 2-year-old plus nursery for up to 60 children. We anticipate the earliest possible open time for the Nursery to be September 2026.

Orchard View Nursery will be a modern and distinctive nursery located within a vibrant, diverse academy community. We believe it will be a truly special place. We will take pride in delivering an ambitious yet adaptable Early Years Curriculum, offering high-quality education provided by qualified, highly skilled teachers, practitioners, and support staff. We believe it is a privilege to work with young children during such a unique and sensitive stage of their lives. Our nursery will provide a beautifully designed learning environment, tailored to the individual needs of each child, drawing on the deep understanding and expertise from our staff in IFPT’s other nurseries to create the best possible experiences for every child who will be in our care.

Children are at the heart of everything we do. We know they thrive when learning through play, so we work diligently to create a dynamic, stimulating space filled with wonder, where they feel safe, happy, secure, and confident.

Our goal is to nurture the development of the whole child, ensuring each one feels valued and respected. We will celebrate every child's uniqueness and individuality. Our highly skilled team will dedicate quality time to supporting children as they grow into confident, joyful learners. We will provide enriching experiences that allow every child to flourish, helping them succeed in play, exploration, and relationships, fostering resilience, self-esteem, and a lifelong love of learning.
